I wish I had enough decorating sense to have my dogs’ crates do double duty as furniture. Instead they are lined up along a wall in the dining room looking like dog crates. We won’t be appearing in the pages of Better Homes & Gardens any time soon. But I have been collecting ideas to upgrade our style. Where in your house does your dog crate live?

LOL – I’ve even seen the crates that look end tables and have considered one (or two) for our house. I’m curious to know how hard they would be to make
There’s a basic wooden one and some re-purposed coffee tables on the Pinterest board the Ideas link goes too. It wouldn’t be too hard!

I think the idea is brilliant. Right now our crate is far away in the spare room. The only drawback is I have big dogs, and big crates so I don’t know if I’d want an end table that big.

The only thing that comes to mind for big dog crate to furniture conversion is a TV stand and that doesn’t sound too sturdy!
